Stratavance Consulting LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Stratavance," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through stratavanceconsulting.com (the "Site"), how we use it and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect:
Your name, title and organization
Your email address
The type of inquiry you select
What you share about the support you are looking for, any relevant timeframe, and how you heard about Stratavance
Please do not include confidential or material non-public information in the form. If your inquiry involves sensitive matters, Sophia will arrange an appropriate way to discuss them.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and its service providers automatically receive certain technical information when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. It is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, prevent spam and understand how visitors use the Site.
We use the information we collect to:
Review and respond to your inquiry
Assess whether Stratavance can support your situation
Communicate with you about a potential or ongoing engagement
Operate, maintain and secure the Site, including preventing spam and abuse
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to inquiries, and only as needed for those purposes:
Webflow hosts the Site and receives and stores contact form submissions.
Cloudflare protects the contact form from spam and automated abuse, using technical and device data while you use the form.
Google Fonts delivers the Site's typefaces, which involves your IP address and browser data.
Google Analytics measures Site traffic and usage, using technical data, pages viewed and cookie identifiers.
Our email provider delivers form notifications to Stratavance and carries our replies.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or restructuring of our business.
The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work and stay secure, such as those used by Webflow to serve pages and by Cloudflare to verify that form submissions come from a person. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information in aggregate, and Google processes it under its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies.
You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site, such as the contact form, may not work properly if you do. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting engagement, and as required for legal, accounting or record-keeping purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for business professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. These can include the right to know what we collect, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to receive a copy of your information.
To make a request, email us at sophia@stratavanceconsulting.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your information based on your request to contact us and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Our service providers may process information in the United States.
The Site links to other websites, including Sophia Y. Marshall's LinkedIn posts and profile. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Please review their policies when you visit.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date below.
